What data is stored and where
The application uses only your browser's localStorage to store preferences and profile data. This storage lives entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us.

Legal basis for processing
Because no personal data leaves your device and no data is processed by us on our systems, there is no processing by us that would require a legal basis under DSGVO Art. 6. The data exists exclusively in your browser under your control.
Clearing your browser's localStorage or site data for this domain removes all data permanently and immediately.
Section 4
Third parties
The application itself has no third-party services embedded. No analytics, no ad networks, no social media plugins, no fonts loaded from external CDNs.
If you use the optional AI adaptation feature and enter an API key, your prompt (including your situation description and any context you provide) is sent directly from your browser to:

We have no control over, and no visibility into, what these providers do with your data. Their privacy policies govern that relationship.
Section 5
Cookies and tracking
This application sets no cookies. It uses no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no analytics, no session identifiers. The localStorage keys described in Section 2 are not cookies and are not accessible to any third party.
Section 6
Server logs
This application is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare logs basic request data (including your IP address and the URL requested) for security and abuse prevention purposes. This is a function of the hosting infrastructure and cannot be disabled.
Cloudflare does not log individual user behaviour (which entries you open, what you type). Only the fact that a request was made is recorded. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

Your rights under DSGVO (Art. 15-22)
Under DSGVO, you have the following rights regarding personal data processed by us. Since we hold no personal data about you on our systems, exercising most of these rights is straightforward: your data lives in your browser, and you control it directly.
- Art. 15 Right of access. You can view all data stored by this application at any time by opening your browser's developer tools and inspecting localStorage.
- Art. 16 Right to rectification. You can edit your family profile and other stored data directly in the application.
- Art. 17 Right to erasure. Clear this site's localStorage in your browser settings, or use the 'Reset profile' function in the application, to delete all stored data immediately.
- Art. 18 Right to restriction of processing. Not applicable: we do not process your data.
- Art. 20 Right to data portability. Your localStorage data is JSON. You can export it via your browser's developer console.
- Art. 21 Right to object. Not applicable: no processing by us.
- Art. 22 Right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Not applicable: no automated decisions are made by us about you.
- Art. 77 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Germany: the relevant Landesbeauftragter fur den Datenschutz. In the EU: the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
